agree that it’s non-intrusive but hard to miss. The more often you can share
your guidelines, the more transparent moderation is, etc.

One other thing to add: I also like how the British Red Cross have their guidelines as part of the template so it shows up on every page (at the bottom): http://blogs.redcross.org.uk/. It’s non-intrusive, but hard to miss.
