I particularly like the facebook box it makes you look popular 🙂
I just recently got a site redesigned and the designer and I sat down and we fleshed out what I wanted and how it was going to be done. He estimated 3 weeks. 11 weeks on and it is still not done and when we moved it over from his server all kinds of things went wrong I think the testing caused the biggest headache because of compatibility. I definitely recommend leaving time for testing a new site.
