RE: question 2. In my marketing execution for nonprofits class, we found Facebook groups started by friends the nonprofits didn’t know they had. One local nonprofit had links to two Facebook groups, each with images and content they had never seen before. Joining these types of social networking groups and commenting gives the nonprofit a voice and provides another service outreach outlet. Will bookmark your blog as a reference point.
